The purpose of the Disabled Veterans Scuba Project – www.disabledveteransscubaproject.org – is to serve disabled Veterans by helping them experience the comaraderie of SCUBA diving and the wonders of the underwater world. In this video Melvin Pasley talks about why this 501(c)(3) was set up to provide SCUBA instruction to disabled Veterans (Paraplegic, Quadriplegic, PTSD, TBI, Poly-Trauma, Blind, or Amputee).
